Kosmos AI designs and installs AI systems inside service businesses. Kosmos AI is founded and run by Daniel Purgal. He has spent more than 20 years in strategy, operations and systems building. Over that time he has launched more than a dozen startups and led a 300-person home healthcare business through a multi-7-figure exit as an 11-year COO.

A tool is something you buy and then work around. A system is connected to how the business already runs, so work moves without a person copying it. We only install the second kind.

Revenue First, Then Admin

The first project is chosen by cost, and revenue-protecting bottlenecks usually win: speed to lead, follow-up, booking. Admin automation is valuable, but it rarely pays for the rest of the plan on its own.

Measured In Hours Returned

Every engagement has a number attached. The monthly review reports hours returned, not features shipped. If the scoped system is not returning the agreed hours within 60 days of go-live, the balance is not due.

You Own The System

The systems, prompts and data belong to the client. Usage is billed at cost — carrier costs at cost, no per-lead or per-booking fees. If you ever want to run it without us, you can.

Phased, Not Big-Bang

Integration happens in phases around the CRM, calendar, phone system and storage you already use, so the team never faces a cutover weekend. One system is typically live in 10–14 days.
